If it helps the mods are TP from anywhere and Quest markers on map the mod that did work was Increased creature loot.
Well one mod I installed and worked fine but the others made it crash. Some mods have other install directories but those are clearly shown on the modpage. I tried installing via Nexus Mod Mananger and manually but none of them seems to work. I tried installing a few mods in witcher 3 and whenever I try to start the game is has a loading screen of the files and then shows me a crash window and the game has to be closed and after I uninstall the games the game works fine.
